Message in a bottle invitations are a fun and creative way to invite your guests…especially when filled with party themed treats. I’m showing you how easy this Pirate Bottle Invitations Party Idea is to put together in just a few simple steps.
I love a themed out creative invitation, especially when they are so easy to put together. Message in a bottle invitaions might look like a challenge but they are really simple to put together. First, gather your supplies:
- Glass Milk Bottles
- Pirate invitation from Birthday in a Box
- Mini Telescopes
- Bubblegum Coins
- Pirate Eye Patches
- Red Striped Plastic Tablecloth
- Sand
- Twine
Fill the bottom of the glass milk bottle with sand.
Place a mini telescope in the bottle. Roll the invitation up and wrap with twine.
Now place the invitation in the bottle.
Add a few bubblegum coins.
Put the lid on the glass bottle.
Cut a square from the red stripe table cover and place on the lid.
Wrap several times around with twine.
Wrap the eye patch around the bottle and position just under the lip of the lid.
Now that your invitaition is done you are ready to pass them out to friends. If you would like to mail them you can place them in a mailing box but make sure you pack it in bubblewrap and packing peanuts so the bottle doesn’t break.
Your guests will love getting some goodies before the party and will be so ready to join your pirate crew!
The great thing about using a glass bottle as an invite is that your guest can use it right away.
